MyProp. Operates through various Investment Models as Deals in
Real Estate can be modified based on the Property and Value.

Holding Plan

SPV buys the Property or Land by paying Upfront amount and holds it for couple of years till good returns are achieved.

Financing Plan

SPV buys the Property or Land by paying Upfront amount and sells it in immediately in Terms giving Investors periodic returns.

Regular Plan

SPV buys the Property or Land with Terms and holds it for couple of years till good returns are achieved and sells it in Terms

Pre Leased Plan

SPV buys a Pre leased property and provide monthly yield to Investors. Often the property is sold after 4 to 5 years giving Yield + Capital Appreciation.
